The theories of teaching listening for YL based on Paul (2003), is important for children to listen as much English of an appropriate level as possible. Appropiate level is proficiency student in mastering English neither easy or diffucult for them. Student can practice by watching video or movie with their parent to improve listening skill. The implementation is depends on the situations. For native speakers, teach to read first and for non-native speakers, teach to listening first. Teachers teach listening first and then student can spell and repeat. Let student notice the pattern and practice naturally.
